You must evidence a minimum of two years of job experience, education, or training aligned with the job prerequisites delineated in the labor certification. Relevant post-secondary education may be deemed as qualifying training. Additionally, you must be engaged in work for which suitable candidates are unavailable in the United States.

Professionals
Professionals are individuals whose roles necessitate at least a U.S. bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent and are recognized as members of professional organizations.
You are required to show that you hold a U.S. bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent, and that a bachelor's degree is the standard prerequisite for entry into the profession. The work you undertake must be in a field where competent workers are not readily accessible in the United States. Neither education nor experience can be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Additionally, you must fulfill any other conditions stipulated in the labor certification.

Unskilled Workers (Other Workers)
The subcategory of "other workers" pertains to individuals undertaking unskilled labor that requires less than two years of training or experience, which is not of a temporary or seasonal nature.
You must display capability in executing unskilled tasks (mandating less than 2 years of training or experience), which are not temporary or seasonal in nature. The role you undertake should be in a field where there is a scarcity of qualified workers in the United States. Additionally, you must fulfill any other conditions detailed in the labor certification

Family of EB-3 Visa Holders
Upon approval of your I-140 petition, your spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21 may qualify to seek admission to the United States under E34 (spouse of a "skilled worker" or "professional") or EW4 (spouse of an "other worker"), as well as E35 (child of a "skilled worker" or "professional") or EW5 (child of an "other worker").
